Pre-Tec Plus 2 is a uniquely engineered, highly flexible fresh concrete membrane designed for reliable waterproofing. It features a laminated HDPE foil with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a reactive granular coating that is walkable and resistant to weather conditions. The membrane’s granulate surface prevents adhesion loss from construction site soiling. Integrated adhesive strips at the top and bottom edges create a secure, watertight, and permanent seal when overlapping two membranes.
